Chambourcin was pressed right away to preserve the color and fruit. Barrel aged for one month. On the palate the strawberry and citrus lead the way to a crisp finish.

100% Estate Grown Chambourcin. A medium bodied wine with notes of black cherry, chocolate and vanilla. The finish is soft but lengthy. Very similar to a Pinot Noir.
Cabernet Sauvignon. Washington state grapes. Made in Georgia. A full bodied wine with notes of blueberry, blackberry, black cherry, vanilla, and black currant that adds that touch of spice on the end note.
